Custom business software, delivered

We build business software around the way you work.

Still managing planning, orders or stock across spreadsheets and disconnected tools? We build an application tailored to your processes, and handle the technical work for you.

Running right now

Four apps on Archestack. Live, shared, and yours to click.

These are real Archestack pages on a real workspace, embedded here. Everyone on this page shares the same data: place an order, drop a delivery on the map or send a reaction, and every other visitor sees it within seconds.

Orders, deliveries and customers are simulated by C# running on the server; whatever visitors add is real. Each demo's “How it's built” lists the tables, script modules and pages behind it.

Live demo

It's fast. Just try it here.

zorgmetpassieverpleging.be, the website of a home nursing service in Belgium, runs on Archestack. These frames show the real site, live: scroll, tap and click through it.

This is the real website, not a copy: a message sent through it reaches Zorg met Passie.

Examples

Start with the process that is slowing you down.

Most projects begin with one workflow that costs the team time every day. Three common starting points:

Planning

The problem
Planning lives in spreadsheets, whiteboards and message threads, and nobody is sure which version is current.
What we could build
A shared planning application: open work in one list, every employee's day in one view, and changes visible to everyone straight away.
What gets easier
Planners see who is available, employees see what is next, and the office stops chasing updates.

Orders and stock

The problem
The same order or stock count is typed into several systems, and the numbers drift apart.
What we could build
A connected operational workflow: an order is entered once, and every step after it works from the same record.
What gets easier
One set of numbers for the whole team, and fewer mistakes from retyping.

  1. Request submitted
  2. Approved by a manager
  3. Followed up by finance

Approvals and follow-ups

The problem
Your approval rules do not fit standard software, so requests travel by email and follow-ups depend on memory.
What we could build
A tailored process application: requests follow your own approval rules, and the next person is notified when it is their turn.
What gets easier
Everyone can see where a request stands, and nothing waits unnoticed.

These are illustrations of what we could build, not off-the-shelf products. Every application is shaped to the business it is built for. Shown with sample data.

How it works

One workflow, from start to finish.

A real workflow from a workshop planning application built on Archestack, shown with sample data. One job, followed from the office to the workshop floor and back.

A workshop planning board built on Archestack, shown with sample data.
  1. Jobs waiting to be planned

Searchable by registration, customer or model.

  2. Each technician's day

Planned and booked hours, at a glance.

  3. Everything on the card

Vehicle, customer, type of work and estimated hours.

  1. Step 1 / 4

    The office registers the job

Customer, vehicle, type of work, priority and estimated hours are entered once. The job then waits to be planned.

  2. Step 2 / 4

    The planner assigns it

Unassigned jobs wait on the left of the planning board. The planner places each one in a technician's column, here job PYI-4482 for Charlotte Thompson.

  3. Step 3 / 4

    The technician works on it

Charlotte starts the timer on PYI-4482, switches when moving to another job and stops when done. Time is recorded per job.

  4. Step 4 / 4

    The office follows up

The planning board shows planned and booked hours for every technician, and how many jobs are stalled, so nobody has to call around to find out where things stand.

Your workflow, your rules

In your application the same pattern follows your process: your own fields, statuses, responsibilities and approval rules. The job could just as well be an order, a delivery, an inspection or a customer request.

Shown with sample data.

Mobile ready

The power of your whole business, in your pocket.

Your application runs in the browser, on phones and tablets as well as on desktops. Your team works with the same data and the same rules, on the road, on the shop floor or at a customer site.

  • Nothing to install from an app store: open it in the browser, or add it to the home screen like an app.
  • Notifications can reach the phone even when the app is closed.
  • One application that adapts from a phone to a wide monitor.
The Service Planner example on a phone: this week's unplanned jobs with customer and estimated hours, next to the technicians' columns.

Why it is practical

Tailored to your business. Built on an established foundation.

Most business applications need the same foundations: user accounts, permissions, data management and screens. Archestack provides those foundations, so we can focus development on your workflows.

Included foundation

  • User accounts and permissions

Sign-in, roles, and rules for who may see or change what.

  • Data management

A PostgreSQL database with backups, and a record of who created and last changed each entry.

  • Common application components

Lists, forms, PDF documents, notifications, scheduled tasks and multiple languages.

Tailored to your business

  • Screens and fields

Built around how your team works and the words it uses.

  • Business rules and approvals

Your calculations, checks and approval steps.

  • Workflows and integrations

Your processes, connected to the software you keep using.

Built on Archestack

Real applications, not mock-ups.

Every screen on this page comes from an application built on Archestack: workshop planning and time booking, and warehouse management. They are shown with sample data, not customer records.

Adding a storage location in a warehouse management application.
Every receipt, pick and shipment in the same warehouse, searchable and exportable.

Working with us

From first conversation to a working application.

  1. Discuss your workflow

We talk through how your team works today, where it gets difficult and which tools you use.

  2. Define the scope and proposal

We agree what the first version covers, how it will be built and where it will run. You receive a proposal with a quote, free of charge.

  3. Build and review

We build the application in a test environment, separate from production. You review each change there before it goes any further.

  4. Approve, launch and agree support

Once you approve, it goes live in production, and we agree how support and future changes are handled.

You do not have to describe your whole business up front. A project can start with one defined workflow and grow from there.

Pricing

What a project is made of.

Every application is different, so there is no public price list. Your proposal lists each of these parts separately.

Discuss your project
  • Implementation

Building your application: the screens, rules and integrations agreed in the proposal.

  • Platform licence

Use of the Archestack platform your application runs on, scoped to your team and how you use it.

  • Hosting

On your own infrastructure, or run by us as a managed service.

  • Support and future changes

How support works and how later changes are handled, agreed with you before launch.

Questions

Practical questions

Do we need our own developers?
No. We do the technical work. Your team brings its knowledge of the process and reviews the application while it is built. If you do have developers, they can work on the platform too.
Can we start with one process?
Yes, and it is often the best way to begin. Start with the workflow that costs the most time, and add others later on the same foundation, with the same users and data.
Can this connect to existing software?
Often, yes. An application can call other systems' APIs, offer an API of its own, and read data from other databases. What is possible depends on what the other software allows, so we check it while defining the scope.
Who hosts and maintains it?
It can run on your own servers or cloud, or we host it for you. Who looks after what is agreed in the proposal.
How are changes handled?
Changes are made in the test environment first. You review them there, and they reach production only after your approval.

For developers

For technical teams

Archestack is also a platform your own developers can build on, with documentation, a VS Code extension and a command-line tool for deployment pipelines.

  • A PostgreSQL database your team can query directly
  • Business logic in C#, screens in React
  • Applications kept in git and deployed through your own pipelines
  • Self-hosted on Docker or Kubernetes
  • An MCP server, so AI assistants can work with your application
